Actavo Building Solutions UK Ltd was the fastest growing modular construction company over the past three years. Due to the sustained growth in its operations has moved into a new, larger factory space located in a short distance from the Humber Bridge in Hull.

The Project – Modular Systems

After a year in their current factory in Beverley, the team relocated to a new site conveniently situated just off the A63. This strategically-located facility will help Actavo to maintain their excellent reputation with their growing client base and allow them to continue building state-of-the-art modular buildings to the highest standard.

The new facility occupies 98,638 square feet over a 4.66 acre site – over four times the size of their previous factory located in Beverley and can produce up to 25 modular units per week.

Actavo carried out full modernisation of the existing factory, with professional guidance in-line with LEAN-Six Sigma techniques providing a high specification production and manufacturing area.

The new Actavo facility was officially unveiled at an Open Day on Wednesday 5^th July.

Why did Actavo use time lapse and how was their experience with Time Lapse UK?

“We used time lapse for our project as we were hosting a Launch Event for our new manufacturing facility in Hull. We wanted to show customers what the facility was like when we moved into the premises, what changes we have made and how the factory looks now.

At Actavo, we also wanted to capture a project going through the factory from start (Steel Frame) to completed units ready to be installed on site.
